Unlike frozen acai products, Wild Acai is supplied as a convenient mix that’s easy to store and prepare, with no valuable freezer space required. Simply prepare what you need and let your soft serve machine take care of the rest — helping streamline service while reducing the handling and storage demands of traditional frozen acai.
Its smooth consistency has also been developed with soft serve machines in mind, providing reliable dispensing and a silky, non-grainy texture while placing less strain on the machine than thicker, heavier acai products.
